The message of salvation

The good news,
plainly told.

Salvation is not something we earn. It is the gift of God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

God made you and loves you.

You were created by God and for God. He is holy, good, and worthy of your whole life. His desire is not your destruction, but that you turn to Him and live.

Sin separates us from God.

Every one of us has sinned in thought, word, and deed. We cannot erase our guilt through good works or religion, and sin’s just consequence is death.

Jesus died and rose for us.

Jesus Christ, the sinless Son of God, took the judgment our sins deserved upon the cross. He was buried and rose again, defeating sin and death.

Repent and believe the gospel.

Turn from sin and self-rule, and trust in Jesus Christ alone as Lord and Savior. Everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.

Come to Christ today.

There are no special words that earn salvation. Come honestly to God: admit your sin, believe that Jesus died and rose again, ask for His mercy, and surrender your life to Him.

His promise: “Him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” — John 6:37, KJV
