Very Important Page

The most important page of your life. Don't miss out!

Introduction

This page is the most important page of all on this website! Please, take a moment to read this message and take a journey with us down the Roman's Road!

The Reality of Sin

In the Bible, Romans 3:23 tells us that "...all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." That means every single person ever born falls short of what God intended them to be. Everyone has sinned at some point in their life.

The Consequence of Sin

Romans 6:23 goes on to explain, "...the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Death here means "eternal separation from God." Thus, the wages of sin is eternal separation from our heavenly Father, forever and ever. But, thankfully, God made a way out for us—a way to escape this death through His Son, Jesus, and the blood He shed for us on the cross of Calvary.

God's Love Demonstrated

Romans 5:8 tells us, "...God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Imagine, even though we were imperfect and still sinners, God sent His precious Son to die for us. Jesus, the perfect sacrifice, was sinless. He paid it all; He paid for YOUR sins as well as mine—and anyone else's who dares to believe and asks for His forgiveness.

The Path to Salvation

According to Romans 10:9-10, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." If you simply believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and resurrected three days later, then confess that belief out your mouth, you, too, can be saved.

The Urgency of the Decision

Many people delay making this confession. They're afraid of what their family, friends, or co-workers might think. They're worried they'll have to give up things they're not ready to let go of yet. But consider this: if you died five minutes from now, do you know beyond a shadow of a doubt where YOU would be going? Are you heaven-bound today? Or are you headed straight to Hell, eternally separated from God?

A Call to Action

Using the words of the Apostle Paul found in Romans 12:1-2, "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

An Invitation

Dear friend, if you've not accepted Jesus Christ as YOUR personal Lord and Savior, please do it today! Don't put it off! You never know what tomorrow holds. If you're not saved, please pray this prayer NOW: "Dear Heavenly Father, Lord God, I ask you to forgive me of my sins. I believe that your Son, Jesus Christ, died on that cross for my sins and that three days later He rose from the dead. Today, Lord, I ask you to cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Jesus, I invite you to come into my heart and make me a new creature today. Lord, I thank you and praise you for it. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!"

A Personal Note from James Knox

As I share this message with you, I do so in loving memory of my father, John Knox, who has passed away. He lived his life spreading this same message of hope and redemption through Jesus Christ. Today, I continue his legacy and extend the same invitation to you. If these words have touched your heart, know that they are delivered with the same conviction and love that my father carried in his heart for all. May you find the peace and joy that comes from knowing Christ, just as he did.

God bless you on your journey,

James Knox
